Terms of Use

1. Services

Kline Electronics provides consumer and commercial electronics repair, custom installation, and hardware setup — including computers, Smart TVs, audio/video, security cameras, smart home, and boardroom tech. Estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing after diagnosis or site survey.

2. Diagnostics & Authorization

Bench diagnostics start at $49, credited toward approved repairs.
No work beyond the approved scope is performed without your authorization.
Liquid-damage and board-level repairs carry inherent risk; success rates will be disclosed before work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

Fixed quotes are honored for 30 days. Payment is due on completion unless a commercial maintenance contract states otherwise. Unclaimed devices after 90 days (with notice) may incur storage fees or be recycled per state law.

4. Warranty

labor: 90 days on repairs, 1 year on installations (mounts, racks, cable infrastructure).
Manufacturer hardware carries its own warranty; we facilitate claims at no labor charge within 90 days.
Warranty excludes misuse, power surges without protection, unauthorized modification, and software issues.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Back up data before service — we are not liable for data loss. In-wall work assumes standard construction; hidden hazards (asbestos, prior faulty wiring) may require additional quoted work.

6. Enterprise Referrals

Enterprise IT infrastructure, managed cloud, network cabling, and custom software are fulfilled by our parent platform, Kline IT Solutions, under its own terms.
